Part 3: What We Can Do to Make a Difference
We can make a big difference in our community by voting for the right leaders and the right legislations. It’s also important to know if our elected official is authoring legislation and how our elected officials are voting.
I am extremely knowledgeable about the Housing Element and in particular the RPV Housing Element as my neighborhood, Abalone Cove was directly impacted by the decisions made by the city, planning commission and council.
I plan on providing updates on my website to keep residents informed and to try and unite the peninsula as we all have the same issues and losing local control.
Take the time and stay current on what is happening with all the current and new legislation.

Know how your elected officials are voting and take the time to send them an email or make a phone call. We need to hold them accountable.
Volunteer to help with the Statewide Ballot Initiative to restore balance and local democracy.
Join and subscribe/ become a member, volunteer, share with your neighbor and donate. Time well spent to retain our quality of life here in RPV.
