Helpful Resources

Our Neighborhood Voices initiative restores the authority of your local representatives to decide what gets built in your community, on your street and right next door to where you live. We are organizing a campaign to bring back our neighborhood voices in local planning with a 2024 statewide ballot measure.

We are a grassroots movement of Palos Verdes citizens that believes the State of California’s approach to dealing with the need for housing is misguided and needs to be reformed. We are not against affordable housing, but we are against forced over-development which destroys the fabric of neighborhoods.

We believe our energy future must involve everyone and everything. From adding more solar and wind to innovating ever-cleaner fuels of all kinds, energy policy must work for everyone, not just those who can afford it. Too many politicians are ignoring us and it’s time they listened. We have to get this right. Together, we can find a better way for all.

We are a nonprofit that advocates for empowerment of local governments to foster equitable, livable communities and truly affordable housing.
